Guri Singh
President

Guri Singh joined Pro National in 2006 and is truly a rising star in the title insurance industry. He has created a network amongst some of the largest financial institutions, developers and law firms in the residential and commercial sector. Guri is a highly motivated individual and a born leader. He manages the residential and commercial operations for Pro National in New York and on a national level. His acute awareness of the NYC and National Commercial real estate market is the key component to our continued success.

Brian Maruschak 
Senior Vice President, National Underwriting

Brian Maruschak has been a part of Pro National since 2003 and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and National Underwriter.  He has successfully coordinated, cleared, and closed billions of dollars of transactions ranging from individual residential and commercial site transactions to Commercial Portfolio closings within the state of New York and nationwide. Brian’s expertise includes knowledge of legal issues, foreclosures, estate issues, and numerous aspects of land law. He has an impeccable relationship with all underwriter counsel, and has a wealth of underwriting knowledge, which has aided in quicker and smoother closings. Brian is currently licensed as a Producer in the State of New York and 28 additional States.

Kate Sparacino
Executive Vice President, Director of Operations

Kate Sparacino has held the role of Director of Operations for Pro National since 2000. Kate oversees and manages all areas of operations inclusive of Applications, Production, Legal, Closings, Post Closings and Recording. Her expertise in customer service, employee management, and operational strategies helps meet all company objectives to function efficiently and effectively. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day, she also engages in a hands-on approach with our commercial clients, often assisting with the coordination and closing of large commercial transactions.

Chris McKenna
Vice President/Director of Sales

Chris McKenna has more than 40 years of experience in the Title Industry. He has earned respect and loyalty from hundreds of elite clients ranging Mortgage Brokers, Attorneys, Developers to General Counsels at National REITs.  He continues to strategically seek new business opportunities across all sectors of Residential and Commercial real estate.  Chris is a true example to current and new business development team members. His wealth of experience with client relations makes him an integral part of the business development team.

Jeremy Berlin, Esq.
Chief Counsel

Jeremy Berlin, Esq. has been the Chief Counsel for Pro National Title Agency since 2000, in addition to overseeing the legal department. Jeremy engages in a variety of job functions as Title Reader, Clearance Officer, and in some cases as Escrow Officer for commercial transactions.  He has personally read, cleared and underwritten thousands of title commitments, ranging from simple residential transactions to complex, multi-million dollar commercial transactions. His decades of experience in Real Estate and Title Law continues to enhance our clients’ experience with our Legal Team, affording them the type of service and knowledge they deserve on all their interactions and transactions. Jeremy is a member of the New York and Connecticut Bar Associations.

Lisa Estevan
Chief Compliance Officer, Closing Department Supervisor 

Lisa Estevan joined Pro National in 2003, supervising the day-to-day functions of the closing department, assisting in obtaining and maintaining individual and corporate title licenses, and keeping up with Underwriter Guidelines and Regulations in New York and nationally. Her expertise is extensive in Residential and Commercial policy issuance as well as Insurance Rates.  She has executed invoices and policies for billions of dollars of transactions for New York and nationally for both Residential and Commercial transactions. She excels in Multi-State and Multi-Site Portfolio closings ensuring that clients receive accurate insurance policies and competitive pricing.  Lisa is currently licensed in New York and 28 additional States.

Michelle Ach
Senior Title Officer

Michelle Ach has been with Pro National since 2008 and currently holds the position of Senior Title Officer. Michelle’s title knowledge is deeply rooted in New Jersey residential and commercial transactions. This gives her the foundation to expand her expertise in a broader national platform.  She has read and cleared millions of dollars of Residential and Commercial transactions on a national level.  She works hand-in-hand with Brian Maruschak on Multi-State and Multi-Site National Commercial transactions. Michelle is currently licensed as a Producer in the States of New York and New Jersey.

Eunice Morales
Accounting Supervisor, Escrow Officer

Eunice Morales joined Pro National in 2001. During her tenure with Pro National, she has held several positions from closing department supervisor to Post-Closing Specialist. She currently holds the roles of Accounting Supervisor and Escrow Officer.  She is an integral part of the post-closing accounting process, inclusive of funding and disbursing closed transactions, allocating funds, paying property taxes and escrows, and ensuring compliance and accuracy. Eunice has efficiently funded millions of dollars of Residential and Commercial transactions, and is an essential part of each closed transaction.
